Steep Point Track Condition

Heading into Steep Point next month on the 17th April & was wondering if anyone had been there recently & could comment on the track condition?

Give the Shire of Shark Bay a call on 9948 1218 and ask when the track was last graded by the Shire, may have been done for the Easter break.

Just got back from
Just got back from carrarrang, furthest we went was useless loop so cant comment on further up but the track was pretty good for the first part, couple of holes on the hard ground, once u get past the first bitumen section there are some big holes and it gets a bit rougher. I came back on friday

Came back from Useless loop on monday, the gravel road in was pretty good could stick on close to 100 but very undulating. Not sure about closer to Steep point.

I came back from steep about
I came back from steep about a week or so ago... Useless Loop road was F'n fantastic, we had the smoothest trip in we've ever had, cruised at about 100 with a trailer no problems, once you get to the salt lakes though its a different story. We came all the way in with full road pressure in the tires, once we turned right after the lakes its was corrigates as F" and had to air right down and it was pretty bumpy all the way to Tin Hill - Tin hill was a bit dug up but nothing too bad, once past there is was pretty easy going the rest of the way :)
