Cracker night in the NT

Managed to wake up this morning with all of my fingers still attached and the backyard in one piece. 40 kilos of fireworks put on one hell of a show.

Lucky you indeed Chris. I grew up in Geelong at a time when all we needed was a note form a parent saying we could buy $X worth of crackers. We blew a lot of shit up but somehow not ourselves! I'd be furious with my kids if they did the same now. Hypocrisy in hindsight!

Swine! Very jealous, used firecracker/bonfire night when I was a kid living in Sydney. Was better than Xmas imo.

Agreed Andy. Guy Fawkes/cracker night was a real highlight on the calendar. Besides us blowing stuff up we would have a HUGE bonfire with an effigy of Guy Fawkes at the top.
