Was paddling around on the forum this morning about 8:30amish. Attempted to post a post and my screen showed this up. What does that mean?

Just posted a response on the other image. Its like a spammer blocker when the sites cpu memory is getting worked by their scripts. As Shizzle said, I'm looking into resolving the issue.
