Submitted by PilbaraBrad on Mon, 2007-06-11 10:19
Hello all, can anyone give me another updte on exmouth from recent advetures, 6 days to go and counting, cant wait. Had a fish yesterday the wind eased to 14knots (said sarcasticly), was not great just enough to fuel the addiction. Anyway everyone that will be around tantabiddi next week good luck and i hope to catch up for a beer.
Cheers

Brad
Hey Brad,
Weather was magic here today and yesterday and Saturday. There were heaps of boats out yesterday, most of the small brigade did well on spango's inside, there were quite a few out wide but didn't come in before I had to go to the marina. Coupla nice trouties came in there and a few good macks.
Went out myself today and dropped a coupla macks boatside in the gulf, bit hard trying to wind in two rods at once and deal with a psycho mack. Didn't matter much, would have tried to release them anyway. Got a few charlies on snapbacks and threw them back, then came back in and trolled for squid and got a stoinker for my tea tonight. :)
Cheers,
Adam

Yep
Yep, the marina is go all the time. Bundegi is very dodgy, but is accessible with the right tides and some careful planning (not big boats thou) and tantabiddi is pretty much accessible at all times, but it certainly pays to keep an eye on the tides.
