Yep for the shallow reefs, less than a foot deep, the richters are the go to lure. At $8ea it doesn't break the bank when you get busted off

Not wrong Jeff, was home for a week and didn't get the ski out once! I'm itching for a Kalbarri trip on the ski to be honest..

No not this day, only the kingfish were busting up the bait but you couldn't get close to them like we did with the tailor

Dark blue back, me and the boy got into a few and were alot darker than normal across the back, and pulled a bit more string than normal, fired up autumn tailor, cool pic

 Im finding it much harder to track down tailor right now. Would think they would still be quiet widespread considering that its still so warm, might head up around Moore river or Lancelin.

Same here mate. The day before this I took a fw member out and promised him plenty of tailor on the reefs, none of the usual reefs were holding anything, first time in 3 years of fishing the reefs we couldn't find any. We eventually found a huge school of 45cm+ tailor busting up bait a couple hundred metres behind a bombie out in the middle of nowhere, I had never seen them do this offshore before..
