they need a bit of tenderising, but IMO awesome. Even plain bbq on bread

Mate, they taste great! The texture and taste is very unique - can't really think of something similar.

Taste awesome in chicken soup when cooked in a pressure cooker.
Man, that's different putting them in chicken soup but I can imagine they would taste pretty good like that.
Brad, they are not at all like snail meat - kind of like scallop I guess.
ahhh, not so bad then, it looked a little freaky but ill have to try it..
any fav recipes?
