Epic trip up the WA coast at a fair rate of knots. Charity trip for Redkite.
May be of interest to you Carnarvonite - hope the lads have logged their intentions/plans when tackling Shark Bay and past quobba!

Looks interesting. The
Looks interesting.
The Zuytdorp cliffs north of Kalbarri could be difficult. 100 kms of cliffs without any beaches to pull into.

Zuytdorp
The bloke who windsurfed up to Exmouth a month or so back skipped the Zuytdorf Cliff section because there is nowhere to land if things go amiss and rightly so. I have travelled along that section of the coast and it can feel very daunting in the knowledge that you could easily become another statistic. One only has to go back about 6-7 years and remember the search for Sea Hawk 3, an old crayboat that left Kalbarri for Useless Loop and never to be seen again, no wreckage was ever found.

yep
yep shes a nasty bit of coastline especially when the swells pumping and tge backwash can push out a cpl of miles off the coast!
Teah carnovite was a good little insurance job on the sea hawk!!!
That hunk of burning love sat here ona mooring for years without moving then bang she was gone! Def not a seaworthy boat!r

Missing
One of the biggest marine searches in WA history and nothing, not a single skerrick of wreckage found. Would have liked to have found something so the family are not left wondering what and where it could have come to grief.
