Submitted by sherbert on Wed, 2007-07-11 16:15
Went it to vic park fishing store to get my Okuma 40 reel fix after takeing it apart the gear was worn and had to be replace, I ask them to fly a new one from the east but the guys over east forgot and this went on for two weeks ,So the boys from the shop got right up them on the phone and in the end they replace it with a brand new reel / The old reel was abut 6 years old and had seen some hard work, so in the end it was worth waiting for thankyou vic park
