Drone in Cockburn Sound

Fellow Fisho's. I witnessed one of those professional type 8 prop drones plunge into the drink just off the car park area at Woodman Point this afternoon, about 1:30pm Wed 9th Sept. We asked a jet ski owner to have a look but he could not find anything. The electronics and camera will be wrecked but the owner is pretty keen to get it back and salvage what he can. If anyone drags it up on a squid jig or snapper line can you please drop it off with the Cockburn Sea Rescue guys as they have the owners contact details. Thanks

I was on Radio Watch in the tower for Whitfords Sea Rescue a while back, & a drone came across the tower & gently rested into the ocean about 20 meters from the shore.
The owner turned up about 5 mins later looking for it.
After some accurate directions he went in to retrieve but failed to find it.
Yeah an expensive toy when you loose one.
