Stonka squid. Not a bad

Stonka squid. Not a bad mixed bag to go with it either.

JDubya: lots of recipes if you search through the site. I rip the wings and skin off (can do it in one go if you get under the wings) then clean the insides, then cut into rings, then flour, salt, pepper (sometimes more salt and pepper than youd think) in a bag shake around, then into a buttered and oiled pan til golden brown. I usually clean and cook the wings too, and sometimes the tenticles. Simple, but one of my favourite meals from the sea.

yer biggest one ive caught, he followed up a wrasse from the bottom. i like cuttin the tubes into rings, coat them in egg, then flour or bread crumbs, then deep dry them in oil. big ones like this are a bit tough though

I like the feet on the esky/tacklebox.

Jdubya. Bake your skippy whole with a dash of sweet chilli sauce. Beautiful.
