whiting/flathead landbased around cockburn

hi all

i want to go fishing tonight havent been in months as i always seem to catch nothing

is there any good spots landbased for whiting flathead around cockburn i was thinking of maybe trying down near the marina of the beach near the omeo wreck

 The one behind the power station has a car park, but depending where you want to fish it can be a long or short walk.
