Certate 3500 HD Custom

I bought this from another FW member a few years ago and didn't use it much, in late '24 I bought a heap of upgrade parts (have the invoice) and did a full strip down and rebuild.

Replaced:

: lower pinion bush with a bearing

: the spool collar bush with a bearing from Certate hyper custom

: line roller bearing, washers and clip

: new drag clicker plate, drag plate and carbontex drag set

: new engine plate bearing washers

All internal bearings had shields/cover plates removed, cleaned out old lube and packed with a custom mix of Inox MX7 teflon grease and Inox MX3 oil, bearings re-assembled

Crown gear and pinion are perfect, re-packed with Inox MX6 grease.

One piece Daiwa handle and Daiwa EVA power knob

30lb YGK braid

Only used once since rebuild, sat in the reel bag.
