Just spoke to a pro that uses them and he reckons I just need to go bigger and that I had them the right way as the swivel needs to spin on the ball

How do you work out it's upside down. I hate those sideways photo's but the bend in the side swivel is heading up so i'm assuming up in the photo is the bottom of the rig.. Could be wrong and have been in the past.

I use these for 80lb leader and up...

"dropline swivels" from espacin tackle

http://www.escapin.com.au/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=35_323&products_id=1692

expensive as hell to buy at most stores but cheap online- they do smaller packs as well. plenty of different sizes available

I had hesitations about the double crimp weakening the leader but have battled big sharks on it and theyve never given way

You can get bigger in that style on Internet . I find they are the best swivel. Packs of fifty. Left off screen is top I gather. Otherwise agree with scotto.Never had one let me down. Fantastic swivel. You go bigger fish and deeper water. Go for the biggest swivel on swivel. Good luck

The way I have it is right (sinker to the right) according to some. But it bent! The ones I have don't have a bigger or smaller eye!
