Cast
Youll cast better with the Saltist. It would make a much better general purpose reel. The TLD is lever drag and not really designed as a casting reel.

if you are only going light
I'll assume that you aint going to deep either.
If you want a castable bottom basher, maybe look at an ABU or similar barrel baitcaster reels like a Daiwa Proteus or Shimano Corvalus??
About the same money or less than a TLD and a little more versatile IMO.

Bottom bashing on a budget,
Bottom bashing on a budget, even up here in the north , you can't go past the Penn 320 or 330 GT2s, can't kill 'em and can cast 'em, HT 100 drag is good and I doubt you'll get any bad press, do like the Saltists tho. Huggy, I think those reels you've picked out there, although good quality, are a little light for grinding leads and fish off the bottom, same with the TLD's, specifically a trolling, casting reel, will wear out (John Devitts words and my experience has shown this)

I got a couple of those
I got a couple of those 330's for bottom bashing. I'm sure they have been used more than they were ever designed to be and they are still going strong. They are cheap and easy to use, so it doesnt matter if my kids chuck them over the side. My boy already tried it once.

Yeah the Finns PRT is braid
Yeah the Finns PRT is braid undershot with 100 yards of 10 kilo platypus pretest mono, buy it from a proper tackle shop and they'll fill it for you, braid will cost $70 - $80.
