What does every one do when you go bream fishing with lures and you don't have a electric moter, whats the best way to get close enough to the sangs to cast to them and stay there with out spooking the fish.

Drift
Yeah just try and get a nice drift going Ethan. Sometimes you might need to coast in with the motor a little further upcurrent of where you want to cast due to external factors such as wind.
If the wind is really painful you can make an inexpensive sea anchor to slow you down from a 20l bucket and a few metres of rope.

As John said ...or...
After working out the drift and wind (what direction your boat will travel at rest), I've dropped the pick so the boat is within casting distance of good snags/cover.
