camping in dawesville this weekend...fishing ideas???

hey..
hitting dawesville camping at the weekend so just wondering has anyone some help for me in where to sneak some fishing in?..heading to the caravan park so anywhere near that would help...whats been catched in the area etc?

I hear they're catching herring and tailor along the rockwalls at the Cut, so that's a good place to start. Usually early morning and evening is best, but don't discount other times too.

Tailor were small but good fun for catch and release when i was at the cut during the chrissy break. Flatten the barbs on your hooks.
