bream fishing times

hi guys ive just started using soft plastics in the river chasing bream, was wondering if any1 can tell me wats the best time to fish for them and the tide?

personally I have found you
personally I have found you can catch them any time of the day.
but I have got my spots sussed out with the local bream having specific feeding habits and I have found what techniques and retrieves work best in that area thus I have caught them at all times of the day
however, when I am fishing a new location, I like to fish a rising tide arround dawn or dusk.
