Holy
My first thought was that's no sail due to the bulk and dorsal fin shape, but the rear of the dorsal looks like a sail, whilst the front of the dorsal in the pic (sail not extended) doesn't.
Top sail there!

we have caught a few massive
sails in exxy over the years. Some that big with the old point and shoot style film cameras that we had to go out on the bow and take the pics through the front of the clears to fit the fish in the frame. The biggest according to the formula was around 65ish kg.Called that for a stripped at the start.

Weight
I think it is much better than 40kg. Pics are deceiving but that looks deep and fat. Jmo but 50kg+ would not surprise. My first thoughts were it was a striped marlin and a fat one at that.

Great Capture
Awesome fish on the XRAP. I'm guessing you weren't targetting billfish at the time. I would say easily a 50kg+ fish.

Awesome!
Great sail Uncle!!
The "One Day" has seen a lot of blood on the decks and many a good fish released. Just goes to show that you don't need million dollar bling bling and the old mono can still do the business.
Not the first time you guys have caught a sail on minnow lures either. Well done and hope you get into a few big macks
Looks close to 50kg. Wish I was holding it.
