Hooks are Owner ST66 4/0 they did'nt have any 5/0 at our local shops,
will get some when they come in.

What sort of wood did you use to turn them?
Gooooone Fishin!
Not sure what wood it is, it was an old ore found at the tip.
Id much rather loose $20 bucks of lure than those 50/100 dolla ones,
and yes it feels better when you do catch one on a home made job,
