Looked like a Sambo / Amberjack
I got a good look at it as it turned and managed to capture an image but wouldn't you guess, I deleted it by mistake as I was trying to save and toggle between the live cam so I didn't miss a better shot.

I think it knocks off around 4-30pm. Not sure what time it starts in the morning though.
