one of my mates from the trip Scott who had never fished until this trip bought all new rods reels tackle and everything for the trip and first drop to the bottom resulted in a very nice pinky and one very happy fisherman . now he cant understand why people say fishing is hard . He went on to catch a lot of firsts for his trip incuding baldys, red throats, spangles , yellow fin tuna , samson fish ( good fun when 3 people hook up to 15+kg sambos in 18m at the same time NOT ) and sharks
