just curious , what does the knife jaw taste like. have caught them before but threw them back.at least you got a feed there

Good question how does the knife jaw taste as i have cought some good size one and done the same thing and threw them back

Having said that it was usualy from a charter skipper who would say that to make you think you had a good day when it realy wasn't'

knife jaws are beautiful to eat i think they would b up there!! yeah i first thought it was a sweep.. but very nice to eat..
