Fresh Cockburn Sound Squid Grill

Fresh Cockburn Sound Squid Grill

Well, not exactly prepped as per Luke Nguyen's Vietnam, Episode 4, but its on the BBQ. Don't be tempted to oil the squid first, it just drips into the fire.

Since seeing the show I have been keeping an eye out for one of those grill racks - where did you get yours??

He does a pretty good job on that show, but it will take me a while to get used to chewng on shelled prawn heads...

cheers

We've been using that grill rack for ages

Sat, 2009-11-07 15:25

when WA Salvage was a go, we got ours there, I do know where there is some more grilling racks but very expensive two sizes $60 & $90 don't now if the servo on Rockingham Rd, near the rail line still has them or not.  They are fantastic for squid, cut into squares and put what ever spices with breadcrumbs/olive oil then grill.

Yes that young fella cooking in Vietnam is very mouth watering stuff, also like where he goes off the touristie track  and cooks.
