Great catch, Sherbs! What is the whitish fish right in the middle of the pic? never seen that one before.
and how did you find the wrasse? We kept one once, and I couldn't even filet it bc the flesh was so mushy and slimey. since then we chuck em back, or use em for bait.
the wrasse are easy to fillet if you keep them on ice while fishing and fillet while still cold, the hardest part is holding onto them, they do taste good
great feed of fishfingers, they are fiddly but are nice eating so worth it in the end, and gees sherbs can you help clean all our fish too, i will even give you a fillet or two
