Looks great
Wish I was looking at that in real life rather than on a computer screen.

It will never be the same not having the ramp staright off the beach. Bit of a shame i rekon. I just liked the place the way it was so much.

beach access
is anything going to stop people still dropping their boat in at the main town beach???
pitty about Keith the tractor bloke - i imagine he would have lost a lot of business.

Keithy
Yeh, poor Keithy will just have to rely on fixing stuff around the place instead.
The main beach has a change over period of 2 weeks, which will now have expired. I assume what they will do is remove the tracks onto the beach or start fining people for launching there. They may just keep the far end track open for the commercial operators.
Whilst its sad to see things change, its definately for the best. Saw a few snorkellers out in Bills bay a few weeks back that almost got mowed down; boats and swimmers aren't the best combination. Especially the yahoo's that loose their brains when they come to town and don't follow the 5 knot speed limits and think they are invincible. With the increase in tourists on the 'baking' beach it was an accident waiting to happen.
