Spot on there sherbs! No camping or driving in the dunes but the beach is still a goer. Checked up on it a few weeks ago cause was thinking of going down for a night.

nice setup guys have u been
nice setup guys have u been getting much down there lately salmon should be going through there now shouldnt they.Few years ago we had spotties on the water all night every half hour we would see a school of salmon swim past should of seen us chasing these things down the beach in the darkness was even funnier by the time we,d drunk all our beers there were hip and shoulders trips and even a little bit of fisties when a mate would knot your line delibrately so u missed the school. And when we got the munchies we chucked one on the fire never seen a salmon get eaten so quick even with the sand on it.

i saw you blokes down there that weekend. i remember seeing that large tarp as i drove past. nice setup me and my mates will be down there again this weekend for an overnighter. last time turned up bucketloads of fish... a few fish i'd never seen from the beach before caught a goatfish of all things. busted off by a few large tailor in the reef but no salmon as of yet, hope to get into some salmon this time around.
