where to catch flathead bream and whiting

hi ive never caught real that good witing flathead or bream before i was wondering i u guys could tell me some nice spots for all three fish i mentioned in the title and bait or hard bodied lures that r good for these fish plastics aswell
please help me

canning bridge for bream and
canning bridge for bream and flatties, point walter for whiting, flatties, possible bream, east perth for whiting and flatties, virtually anywere for flathead. i prefer vibs and sx40's for bream and flatties. know of people who fish surface lures (poppers etc) for whiting and bream.

you can catch whiting that far up river? i thought they like being closer to the salt?
