Where are the LB fishers headed today?

Are people headed out for LB fish today or are you all playing couch potatos and watching footy? Personally, I'm packing up the dog and heading up to my old stomping ground north of Two Rocks. Anyone headed up that way?

Wife has a list............
Best I can hope for Colin is to enjoy the conditions later today and this evening. I am buying a cooked chook so she doesn't have to cook or wait for me to come home for dinner. I was going to over-night but the list is long... You know the story mate.

Is that the Fridge List Vince
The one they stick on the fridge under a magnet. The one that reaches from the top of the fridge to the bottom (Lol).
I would think tomorrow night would be a good time for an overnighter at your office.

Subtle List
All week it's been like... "we must have a busy-bee out the back" or "we haven't seen your Mum for ages" or "gee, the garage is looking a bit messy" or try this one "I (that means me) must clean my car before I go shopping for the new car this week"... and so it goes on.. LOL
If I am a really good boy I may get a second chance. Maybe an early Monday fish.

No Luck Yesterday
I cruised up to my usual spot north of Two Rocks. Conditions were perfect.
No fish to write home about. I packed it in just after dark and was very disappointed.
Tell me; why do people have to be such dicks at times? This mob below decided it was OK to set up camp right across the beach hence disallowing anyone to enter or leave from that end. The other end wasn't that flash either. I had to drive on the reef to pass by a bunch down there. GRRRRRR

200+ Herring..
Now that's a shit load of herring. I hope you were using lures as the cost of baits for so many and only 5 taken home is not such a good business model. LOL.
Where did you happen upon this massive school of revenously hungry fish?

they liked the gulp 3"
they liked the gulp 3" minnows in nuke chook but there was that many blowies we used prawns . 1 bit of prawn = 1 fish. they were so thick if you did not get a bite in 3 seconds something was wrong. This was all fremantle way near the south mole, just on a boat harbour.
Havent seen them that hungry in my life, exept for 1 trip to rotto where we were getitng them on 70g slices!!
they were so skinny though, they looked like yakkas until you had a closer look. very paper thin. Chan kept a few more but i dont eat them so 5 for bait is enough for me, conservation is the key to having nights like that again
