for mullet use a doe mix of pollard and flour with some fish oil mixed in. the herring love it aswell. but maily for harring use peeld prawn or mulie

if going for herring, try and get yourself some chicken oil, sensational for the herring, tey will come from a mile away, can mix also with the dough mix mentioed above for the mullet too
