Weekend Fishing 15-16th July

Anyone going out on the weekend? Could be ok with relatively light winds. Going to be very hard to get out in the metro again after Exmouth, but it has to be done.

Hope you all have a good weekend and get into some fish.

Cheers,
Adam

Heading down to Golden Bay with the wife & kids, probably leave the boat at home and do some shore based stuff (haven't had the sand between the toes for a while.)

Got an invite out on am awesome boat down there but not sure if I will get out or not.

Might even call in on Mr Flywest while I am down there and sink a burbon or two.

Cheers

Well I'm hoping for a shot out there one day or the other ,SHIKARI is out this weekend towards the Derwent, then Al's off to yank land to present at ICAST then a couple of weeks chasing rooster fish and god only knows what else in USA or I might launch "gettin' jiggy" and have a look around with my young bloke , got to get some more hours on the clock in my tub ( no use spendin '000's for a new motor and not use it) and I want to do a bit more with my GPS/ sounder now I have learnt a bit about colour sounders and what all the colours mean.

Sounds like a good night out street. Don't spose you managed to take any photos? Were you free floating baits or bottom fishing for the pinks?

Good pink snapper there Street. Gotta be happy when the inshore mission's pay off, regardless of the conditions.
