What are the rangers pulling
What are the rangers pulling the cars over for that would send you back to the old tracks?

If you check...
...the coastal data link on the Department of Planning's website, you'd have seen on Saturday that the swell got up past 3 metres, which would've indicated beforehand that visibility would be poor, especially for a shore dive. Well done on getting a feed, though!
Going diving off Mandurah in an hour or so...and even though the swell's back down to 1.3 metres, and I'll be in deeper water a few miles offshore, I still think viz will be borderline at best.
