Want to buy Spinning equipment but still in doubt. Help me please!

Hi guys,
I want to buy a good Spinning combo. I'm a big game fisherman and my main targets are Dolphinfish, Sailfish, Blue Marlin, Tarpon, Jack Crevale and Cubera.
So, I want to buy a Shimano Stella to use with a 16 Lbs monofilament line. Which Stella should I use, the 8000SW or the 10000SW? And which is the best rod to use with that? I've been thinking about St. Croix LSWS70MF Legend Salt Spinning Rod / 7' / 15-30LB, G Loomis PBR844S / 7' / 15-30 Lb and G Loomis PBR843S / 7' / 12-25Lb.
And I also would like to know some good Poppers or Poppers Brands for that type of fish that can work with a 16 Lbs line.
Could any one give me some help with it?! I'm really struggling in making a decision.
Thank you very much.

Thanks EL SYD.
In relation to the Halco Rooster Popper, which size do you think is the best for my line??

The 10000 is high speed
The 10000 is high speed while the 8000 comes in both high and low (PG).
Does it have to be mono only for class fishing? Do you know how much line you need? Also, all those rods double the rating you need so fishing 16lb won't load them up a lot. Most rods rated to 20lb will chuck up to 30g.
Also, are there any preferences for rod lengths? 7' would be about standard but an 8' might be a better option if land based or needing to get more distance and a 6' would be better if the fish end up mostly below the boat.

I've never used braid before.
I've never used braid before. My father only uses mono for years and I learned from him to fish with mono instead of braid. From what I know mono is much more elastic than the braid.
Well as I want to try tarpons and sails, I will need loads of line in the reel, around 300 meters should be enough.
In relations to the rod, I’ll use it for fishing from the boat and mostly on the surfasse. I don’t think I’m going to jig with it.
And a rod of 15-30 lbs does not work well with a 16 lbs line? Should I use a rod of 10-20 or 12-25? But then the reel would not be too heavy for the rod?

If your only using 16lb mono
If your only using 16lb mono then the 8000sw should be fine.
They are a really great reel and a 15-30 lb rod will be enough.
As far as poppers go you cant go past the Halco Roosta Popper. My favourite colours are the pilchard, chrome and the white redhead.
River 2 Sea dumbell poppers are also one of my favourites

Blue marlin on 16lb mono on a
Blue marlin on 16lb mono on a spinning reel? Are you being serious?
When asked by a non-fisherman 'how many fishing rods do you really need?' the correct answer is either:
n+1 (where n is the number of fishing rods you currently own); or
n-1 (where n is the number of fishing rods which would cause your significant other to dump you.
