But whats with the chickenshit amount of wasabi??? I eat that in 2 slices!!!!!
Only joking, but with that amount of beautiful tuna I would normally have at least 4 times as much heat on the plate, but then I love the mix of sashimi soy, very hot wasabi and raw seafood stop. Nothing I have tried raw so far has been better cooked.
