Ugly stic bluewater

Hello everyone
I was wondering if anyone has every used an ugly stic blue water trolling rod and if so what they thought about them. I'm looking for a rod to suit 15kg tackle and looking for fully rollered. Are the ugly stic a better rod than say the shimano t-curve tiagra rods or the penn igfa series. Any other good trolling rods to look at?
Thanks

First thing id be asking
First thing id be asking myself is - do i really need a fully rollered rod.
i been using Wilson live fibre rods for years with great Results Trolling, from Macks to Sails etc,
cant really comment on the ugly stick trolling rod but the U/stick bluewater jig rods are good for the money but not related to your post, and they do claim to be the worlds strongest rod lol,
im also not keen on the T-curve sold mine after a few months of owning. i think Ryan from Oceanside had a couple of live fibre rods going cheap .

Yeh Rollers are just maintennance unless you are fishing 37kg. Got a couple of live fibres (15-24kg strokers) and they are great. Also got a couple of 15kg backbones. I and pulled the roller tips of them and put some nice carbide tips on for about $15. - the fibres are nice though and well priced -

Yeh I don't mind the
Yeh I don't mind the maintenance of the rollers. I liked the t-curve a lot how ever I saw an ugly stic at ocean side tackle and I liked that too. I haven't ever seen them before and I didn't know what the blanks and components were like and I haven't ever heard any of my friends talk about them. So the t-curve has a better blank from what I can gather. What are the penn rods like in relation.

Love bluewater rods...swear
Love bluewater rods...swear by them any day of the week...strong reliable and as always un freakin breakable!!!they are a great addition to any arsenal in either spin or o/h. i run two jig spin 24kg both with spheros 18000fb on them for pretty much those unknown beast that smoke most gear...so far havent been smoked and pretty well skull dragged a 3m tiger shark in a little while back and wasnt worried in the slightest at any point in the fight...the worst thing about them is trying to find something that it struggles against because most thing it just laughs in the face of!! pretty much same story for the o/h rods with a tyrnos 30 with only 30lb mono but it does it easy!!!wow after reading that back i think ugly stik owe me sponsorship!!lol
