Been to Tantabiddi and easily launched my 5.8m pacemaker. So I dont think you will have much problem lauching your Quintrex.  There are some metal tracks you can use to put down if the tide is lower. 

 Best thing is to watch a few people first and then have a go. 

Also check out the improved Bundegi ramp. Its a proper ramp now rather than a beach launch.

7m boat no problems but as csfish says just have a look before you launch

We were up exy earlier this year and there some locals on line should be able to give a recent update , the main thing would be to play it safe each retrival time and use the tank tracks and pay attention to the tides as its harder to retrieve on a very low tide and launching , you will just have to watch the rear end coming of in the shallows but we saw some bigger rigs being launched each day, 4wd is essential for the sand on the ramp 

Have launched there three years in a row ,have never had a problem ,as long as you have the 4x4 and use tracks,i have never really watched the tides but I may have been lucky have a great trip .

Cheers guys yeah we got a 4wd so yer if we use the tracks we should be right then.

Ramp was fine today, just needed bog mats on low tide.  Always fish about, just have to find them. ;)
