old days
Back when i was a kid we used to go prawning round matilda bay all the time. Havent heard of anyone doing it in recent years. I`ve got a prawning net still but its only been used for bait fish up north. Hope you have some luck as i may bring it out again, great fun. More so with ppl who are shit scared of being in the river at night :)

I was wondering when they start coming down, i thought it was mainly after the first big rain. I only did it once last year and scored around 50 nice ones, so hopfull we can have a few more good nights. Would be good to see how you go. The tides are becoming smaller as the week goes on but the next few days looks pretty good.

Assuming with those new lights you've been working on Fisho-Ron you'll be dabbing from the boat? Didn't know you could still get them in the Swan that way? But if you ever need a decky, I'd be keen :).
I fish for the future - Cause I can't bloody catch anything!

I went in the boat once a couple of months ago and didnt get much
I have been diving for them for years and at the moment the visibility is bad and there are bugger all prawns around i put this down to the dredging that went on and the fact that we havent had a big rain to move the silt and settle down the crap they dredged but hopefully we will get a big rain and it will improve
