Spooling up your reel...

Hi again guys,
Well... I just cashed a years worth of poo change saving and got myself a Saltiga S-Extreme 6500z. I've got some 85pd braid to load onto it and I was wondering if you guys would recommend getting it put on in a tackle shop or just doing it DIY like I have always done without issue in the past. I havnt really had alot of experience in this line class or with some of the fish I hope to tackle (GT's, Black Jew, Big Spaniads etc.) so im not sure if something could stuff up if I put the line on myself..
Any advice/suggestions would be great.

i always get mine spooled up at a tackle shop... Just find the line is more compact, and can get more capacitiy than DIY

i do mine myself nowdays as there is noone in my town with a machine .. as long as you put it on tight you will be fine .
i put electrical tape on the bottom of the spool to get the braid to bite into and grip . . and i hear some of the OS charter crews make you spool it all back on the reel after you release it all over the side and the boat is chugging along at about 5 knots to get it on super tight ..

Think like I might get it done by a machine just to be safe, I feel bad walking in a asking them to do it considering I didnt by the braid or reel from them. I'm sure I can find a few things to buy while im waiting ;)
