went out today...25 boats hangin on D9. Not one fish landed, even by "the little lady" pro boat....unless they came on bite later in the day on the second tide?? Shite loads of squidd tho. Biggest 1kg !
Went out in the kayak not far from the kwinana industrial strip with 3 other kayakers, one chap got to rays,2nd snapped his rod in half and nearly knocked him out
I never got a nibble , one good thing it was flat calm and a great night to be on the water, after arriving at rthe launch at 4 pm,,i was having 2nd thought until the weather improved shortly after.

Yep alot of boats out and didn't see any action.... Hilite of the day was seeing someone hook a small ray .
Was good to see Fisheries out in force today tho !!
A smaller craft was just coming in behind us back at the ramp, while a larger launch was just preparing to head out for the night shift...

at the ramp a guy was showing his catch..guy got 1.5, the 0.5 was due to sharks!!!
