small lure reel

just wondering about getting a new good small reel for chucking lures. my budget is around $100 but id prefer to spend a bit less than that 
. any suggestions?

cant go wrong with a penn
cant go wrong with a penn applause, weve got them at the moment for $100.
even some of the smaller pflueger reels like the asaro are good value for money and they come in at about $77 from memory.

Mate you'll probably have to be a bit more specific, ie types of lures, quarry, landbased or boat, what size line, overhead or threadline. I have a Shimano Exage 2500 RA on a ultralight uglystik gold with 10lb Finns PRT. Awesome little set up.
