Shark Shields - Can you hire them ?

Just wondering if anyone knows if shark shields are available for hire in Perth ??
We have got a photo shoot on from Friday to Sunday and may involve getting in the water somewhere between Fremantle harbour and out to Rotto and figure it could be a good idea to look at the possibility of hiring a shield if possible.

2.. I don't really give a rats about those who compete in the Rotto swim, if they want to risk it, good on them.
3.. Likewise with the cray divers and spearo's.. not my problem..
4.. If you read my post CORRECTLY you would have noticed the shield is NOT for me !!!!!!
5.. If I was diving and chasing crays I would invest in a shield.
6.. Unless you have something constructive to add, don't bother replying to a post when someone is asking a question !

I think the Perth diving academy hire them,,not 100% sure but yes dive shops do hire them out in Perth,,not sure which ones offhand..

Cammos - seems to be not a common item over here to hire, but apparently they can be hired on the East coast for $25 per day. Maybe a business opportunity for someone !

"The chances are slim" I hear that often. Yet...........I also talk to many divers/customers and the great white encounters are more common than ppl think and VERY close to mainland!

However, if I was freediving at the FAD's or from the surface in some big water, with plenty of blood in the water from spearing plus burleying up, well, I probably wouldn't be in the water at all to be honest. Those freediving guys at the FADs have some big, round, rock hard testes.
