Saltiga Boat Braid recommendation

Im looking to buy some braid to spool up a new reel ive purchased. Im thinking of trying the DAIWA Saltiga boat braid 8ply stuff but

wanted to know of anyone out there that has used it before and wanted to get some feedback on the stuff.

Cheers

i think its good shit and holds it color a lot longer than more exspensive stuff i have brought.

i still use it today over the tuff  line i was using.

edit..value for money in the 1800m spool as well

Great stuff!

Great stuff, use it myself anywhere I can.

Its stonger per crossectional area than varivas and about 1/3 of the price.

Some brands bang on about how thin they are, but they just make up their numbers, ie; whiplash. Read this site to get an idea of how it shapes up;

Edit: Crasny1: thats so youc an count how far down you are, say if the fish are 50m off the bottom you just check your line angle and let line out accordingly.

Yep, got some PE3 off a certain member and gave it a serious workout yesterday. Sweet braid, heaps better than the 4 strand YGK stuff I was using. Recommended!
