hey guys i was wondering if anyone has caught any big salmon around here in perth? I was thinking about going down to coogee beach and try my luck, apparently there were lots of schoold sown there last year.
also just wondering what lure would be best to use and what size? i have a few twistys at 30-55grams, will these be good?

im goin to use 55 grm
im goin to use 55 grm twisites aswell when they hit the shores and i have been told on a number of times that they are really good doubt there will b any coz they all at rotto

they are all around 5 to 6 kg
and in very big numbers i know of three crews that fished about 5 mile apart and all got salmon only down fall is it will be like a car park out there on the weekend.might go for a run next week.
We smoked some up tonight and it tasted sooo bad i had to eat it all so no one else got exposed to its badness ...
So tell me have you got your info from years on the water or hours on the internet?
