reel advice wanted

im about to have a rod built,it will be a 15 kilo spinning rod for general bottom bouncing with a bit of reserve for if mr sambo comes to play.
I will want a new reel too and am looking for recommendations.
i plan to run 25kilo braid,i dont have stella dollars so im looking around the $300 mark,
i usually fish in up to 50 meters so i dont need a huge line capacity, also i dont do jigging just baits.
i guess all i need is something with a decent drag and a bit of robustness
any suggestions ?????
cheers

A spheros will do pretty
A spheros will do pretty well too, a few second hand ones floating around which will give you some $$ for decent braid.
The fin nors do feel pretty solid, had a play with one the other day

Have a look at the new Daiwa Saltist spinning reels
though you might have to go above $300. Very nice reels, with a very smooth drag and the high gear ration makes them great if you want to throw a few lures around as well as use them for bottom bashing.

you should be able to get a saragosa for 300 if you know were to look just hunt around and you will find a good bargain. i would say ryobi aswell good tough reel and you will def find one round the 300 mark. the finn or feel ok but are very heavy . as colin said check out the saltist the new ones are siik even if ya have to wait a few more weeeks sometimes it is better so as you can get the better reel

drag performance
its all good and propper saying has ex amount of drag but he has said he is chasing sambos so it is not so much the amount but the quality of the drag you would be better with a smooth good quality drag than a powerfull sticky one
