Penn 16VSX - Which Rod??

I have recently purchased a Penn 16VSX reel loaded with 66lbs whipash line. I'm looking for a balanced rod for bottom fishing 100m - either off the shelf or custom. Anyone have any recommendations?

the kamakazi warlords look good and not to over the top in price but im sure there are other out there who will recommend much higher priced gear like the saltiga range and if u can fford it then go for that as ive got a mate who uses pretty much nothing but them and they are awsome

15-24kg Braidbuster rod, i have a few in my own personal range. I also have one matched up to my 16VSX. Its tippy for detecting bites but has grunt low down. A good rod that works well to say 140m!

I hadn't thought of the braid busters or the kamakazis. Will have a look. I was also considering a Calstar 760M or 765ML or something from the Seeker range, but the recommended options are worth considering. I currently use a T-curve 400 but don't like the balance with the reel, whereas a cheap old game rod I have seems to balance quite nicely with the heavier grips and reel seat.

Step-up!
A step up from the Braidbuster would be the Ozflex "Offshore Sports" series. Made in WA and a quality rod, i have one in my personal range also!
