Last 2 weekends have caught herring, gardies, yellow tail and undersized skippy.
Berley is a must.
Most fish caught 2:30 - 5pm.

Reels aretools , the better the tool the more use it should get and the more abuse it can take .
if it gets dirty , give it a squirt with the hose .

My oldies went between 3:30-5:15pm and reported:
1 herring and 1 yellow tail.
Tide was wayyyyy out, and big swell.
No one else was catching either.
Anyone catching herring or gardies in bulk off the rock walls ???
Thought that swell would have made things hard work yesterday. Saw waves on the news down south that were absolutely monsters! Heard theres meant to be tailor around in some numbers, but not sure where. :(
