There are reports of a few turning up at White Hills, south
of Mandurah. There should be some turning up in the Dawsville cut soon. I would be having a try on the north side of where the cut enters the ocean at the moment.
Try mulies on gangs, either on a paternoster rig or with a sliding sinker. If there is not too much wind, throw some mulies out unweighted - that can be deadly.

try berly pellets mixed with tuna oil mate
and fish mulies under a star sinker on razor sharp ganged hooks - fish around sunset off the beach and they should come on the bite
