you will find even if you get it scanned and get it online to translate it wont translate properly, you will need a person fluent in japanese to translate it, what till said hang around a  area where there is alot of japanese and pay them for their troubles.

My most recent favourite translation is the Daiwa Fine Selection:

A fine selection is a making concept that puts the polish only on essence aiming only at "Fish" as an antithesis to the excessive one.

I think they're trying to say its for fishing, not blinging.
