JIgging rod

Righto guys, ordered a stella 8000FA today. Looking for some advice on a reasonable jigging rod to couple up to it. Cant afford heaps, but woud like something reasonably nice. Perhaps a jigwrex or tcurve to run max pe5. Your thoughts please:

Catalina Stick

I've been using a cheapy catalina stick with my PE 5 loaded Twinpower 8000. Great for dropping leadheads and other smallish jigs to the bottom (have knocked over sambos with it no problem at all).

Does the job very nicely for the price. Only thing I dont like is the skinny short foregrip.

Lemax jigking rods are good for the price, and I have caught a few decent sambos etc.

well....

sometimes all that's left to do is laugh...

real sorry though brad. hey, now people know i test my rods to the maximum and beyond before i sell them confidently.

13kg is definitely beyond 10. i'll remember that.

G'day Feral in case you didn't realise Brad said he's using a Stella 8k and is looking for something PE5 max. Therefore a PE8 blue rose is a bit overkill, especially since he'll be jigging off Dampier in no more than about 50m of water.
