Hollow Core Braid

Has anyone used this stuff (particularly Jerry Brown or Izorline). I'm after opinions / thoughts etc etc......

Theoretically the stuff sounds phenomenal, but does that translate into reality?

it just lays flat.

But you can spread it open to put your mono leader up in it (like 5 or 6 feet) and then it is held there by the finger trap method with no leader knot and 100% strength. Also makes casting easier I guess as you can run a longer leader with no knot to foul the guides?

I think Bluewater stock

I think Bluewater stock 130lb XP braid that is hollow?  I think Hal Harvey may have used it for the GT trip off Queensland?  He slipped the leader straight up the braid rather than not it.
