I went up last october for ten days and we ended up fishing 9 days. We also found the marlin hot too trot, plenty of options with both sides of the cape if the winds are up.The whales in the gulf are awsome at this time of year.
Cheers bolts.

Yep
The whales are starting to move from Tantas to the Gulf at the moment, should have some awesome footage from the tinny again soon. Be nice soon as we get into the proper s.wester patterns with gulf glassoffs, been hanging for it all year.
You may as well try late Oct/Nov, atleast the sails start moving in the gulf as well for a bit of fun.

I have an every so slight chance of a July trip with some non-fishers. If I get lucky with the weather, I doubt I'll see them for the trip =0
